We maybe Gods, or like to think so, but there were Gods before us, named and unnamed. There were so many, even in recorded times as those of Greece and Rome. But who's who and did what. A but short list to help you (Latin first ! For Greek first go Here).

Aquilo Boreas God one of the Venti (Wind Gods). Stood for the north wind, strong and cold

Coelus Uranus (Ouranos) God sky and heavens
Concordia Homonoia Goddess spirit (daimona) of concord, unanimity, and oneness of mind. Her opposite number was Discordia (Strife). She was sometimes numbered amongst the goddesses Praxidicae, (Exacters of Justice), who were said to be daughters of an early Theban King named Ogygos. As such Concordia was probably closely identified with the Theban Goddess-Queen Harmonia (Harmony).

Decima Lachesis Goddess one of the 3 Parcae (Fatae), goddesses of fate and destiny, she measured the thread of life's length. Jupiter was also subject to them

Discordia Eris Goddess strife and discord. Her opposite number was concordia
Fama Pheme Goddess personification whose favour was fame, wrath was scandalous rumour
Favonius Zephyros God one of the Venti (Wind Gods). Stood for the west wind, protector of flowers and plants
Flora Cloris Nymph assosciated with spring, flowers and new growth
Fortuna Tyche Goddess fortune and chance, later prosperity
Furiae (Dirae) Erinyes   the furies, personifications of vengance on those who broke the natural laws
Gratiae Charites Goddesses one of the 3 graces, Charis, Aglaea (beauty), Euphrosyne (mirth), Thalia (Good Cheer)and Charis (charm and beauty)
Hercules Herakles Hero strength
Horae, 1st gen. ibid ? Goddesses thallo (spring), auxo (summer) & carpo (autumn)
Horae, 2nd gen. ibid ? Goddesses eunomia (good governance), dike (justice) & irene (peace)

Morta Atropos Goddess one of the 3 Parcae (Fatae), goddesses of fate and destiny, she choose the mechanism of death. Jupiter was also subject to them
Mors Thanatos God personification of death, twin of Somnus
Necessitas Ananke Goddess personification of unalterable destiny, mother to the Parcae (Fatae), held a spindle
Nemesis (?) Nemesis Goddess fate, divine justice and vengeance
Neptunus Poseidon God sea and sailors
Nona Clotho Goddess one of the 3 Parcae (Fatae), goddesses of fate and destiny, she spun the thread of life. Jupiter  was also subject to them
Pluto Hades God the dead and ruler of  'the other side'
Priapus Priapus God protector of gardens, fruits and domestic animals
