FEL [TEMP REPARATIO] (Felicium Temporum Reparatio - Restoration of Happy Times).
Simple but well designed Roman soldier (at right) spearing barbarian horseman whose horse seems to stand still. Horse and barbarian skeletonish. Roman soldier is with right hand holding. The start of FEL can just be seen.
