Stephen Minnoch : "There is a scarce coin from Cyzicus which has SPQR in the exe, but to be honest this doesn't fit your coin well enough. If the I in the right field is actually a Gamma this would suggest Rome as mint.
So for the moment I keep the I as being a Gamma, and then this coin was probably minted in Rome, Officina 3."
