1. CONSTANTINOPOLI (Constantinopolis - Constantinopel).
Helmeted and laureate bust of Constantinopoli(s), facing left, wearing imperial mantle and holding scepter across her left shoulder.
2. - Legend indiscernible -
Victoria, in elaborate Stola, standing full front facing left, right foot on the prow of a ship (prow on my coin not visible), holding a sceptre/spear with right arm diagonally across the body, resting with left arm on oval shield. Vitoria is winged, her right wing looks like a flag waving from the diagonal sceptre / spear
2.b Quite certainly '•SMHΔ•' (dot - SM = Sacra Moneta = Imperial Money; H = Heraclea; Δ = 4th Officina - dot). The dots could be makers marks.
Coin was issued to commemorate the moving of the capitol to Constantinople.
