Bronze Æ 3 - Æ 17-18 mm - 4 grams - Die Axis 07:00 - RIC VII (Constantinople) 59 - Struck AD 330-333.
1. CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG (Constantinvs Maximus Augustus - Constantinus the Greatest Augustus). Rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of almost life-like emperor facing right.
2. GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS (Gloria Exercitus - Glory of the (Glorious) Army ).
Two soldiers in full armour, army standards in between them, standing full front, facing each other. Spears in their outer arms, holding shields with their inner.
2.b CONSB : CON = Constantinople, B = 2nd officina.
Obv. : Good - Rev. : Quite worn, flat in middle.

Bronze Æ 3 - Æ 16-17 mm - 4 grams - Die Axis 06:00 - RIC VII (Siscia) 235 - Struck AD 334-335.
1. CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG (Constantinvs Maximus Augustus - Constantinus the Greatest Augustus). Beautifully cut bust of rosette diademmed, draped and cuirassed young emperor, facing right, diademed. Diadem seems to consist of oak/laurel leaves and rings.
2. GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS (Gloria Exercitus - Glory of the (Glorious) Army ).
Two soldiers in full armour, army standards in between them, standing full front, facing each other. Spears in their outer arms, holding shields with their inner. The R of EXERCITVS is an O with a / through it.
