2. VICTORIA [AV]GG (Victoria Augustorum - Victory of the Augustii).
Diocletian and Maximianus. One holding scepter (right) and the other holding transverse spear (left) with point downwards, having/giving/receiving Victory on globe. Both cuirassed, draped and crowned.
2.b B/XXI : Struck AD in Siscia. B stands for the 2nd officina.
VICTORIA here refers to victory in war, by the way. AVGG is an abbreviation of 'Augustorum' meaning two emperors. Even AVGGG is known. On the Reverse it is impossible to determine who is Dio and who is Maxi. Coin is from before Diocletian’s coin reform
