Honorius Salus Reipublicae
1. Front 2. Back
Bronze Æ 4 - Æ 12 mm - 2 grams - Die axis 12:00.
1. DN HON[OR]IVS PF AUG (Dominus Noster Honorius Pius Felix Augustus - Our Lord H. the Pious and Blessed Augustus). Very small bust of robed emperor facing right, (double ?) pearly diademed.
2. [SAL]VS RE[IP]VBLICAE (Salus Rei Publicae – Prosperity of the State).
Victory, draped, advancing leftwards. In right arm a trophy. Holding with left arm a captive barbarian.
2.b '[S]M[....]' : Only the M is sure.
Obverse is well done, seen the times. Though again an emperor with a small 'head'. Reverse is crude to say the least.

Obv. : Worn & dirty - Rev. : Worn & dirty.
