PMS CO-L [VIM] (Provincia Moesia Superior, Colonia Viminacium - Province of Upper Moesia, City of Viminacium). Moesia, in Chiton, wearing headdress with drapery attached, standing full front, facing left. Her arms outstretched and her hands protectively over (at left) a bull (symbol of Legio VII) and (at right) a lion (symbol for Legio III).

Annus is probably III. One can see the 'N II' but the whole exergue legend has slipped sideways through which the exe has become as sort AN IIP. Original size was meant at about 27 mm's.
Provincially minted in Viminacium, Moesia Superior.
