Bust of laureate chin-bearded emperor facing right, bust somewhat larger than normal, no characteristic nose.
2. VΠ CTA ΛON[ΓINOV] - NIKΠOΛITΩN ΠOC (Hypateontos Sta Longinou Nikopoleiton Pros - Consular Legate Statius Longinus of the Nikopoleitonians on the). Standing Liberalitas, in Chiton, standing full front facing left, right arm outstretched with Tessera in hand. Cornucopia in her left arm.

Liberalitas is the personification of the gifts of the emperor to the people. Therefore always shown with a Tessera and a Cornucopia.
