Bust of veiled city-goddess (a.k.a. Tyche) carrying the city walls as a crown and having a veil over the back of her head and neck.

Anthemusia, between the Euphrates and Edessa, near the river Aborras (according to Strabo), minted for Caracalla and Maximinus Thrax. As far as we know her reverse coinage was generally the city goddess (Tyche). Eutropius on Trajan "He obtained the mastery over the Cordueni and Marcomedi, as well as over Anthemusia, an extensive region of Persia".
Provincially minted in Anthemusia, Mesopotamia.
