Dating starts from the beginning of Roman occupation, better known as the Pompeian Year count (Era). Minting date is speculatory and made due to assumptions based on data as seen on Wildwinds. There is no evidence of an extra letter on the coin, so the date might just as well been EB (15) of just E (5).
Provincially minted in Gadara, Decapolis, Syria.
