IMP CMQ TRAIANVS DECIVS AV (Imperator CMQ Trajanuus Decius Augustus).
Laureate bust of emperor facing right. Paludamentum draped around the shoulders. This carver had a funny way of carving a P (in IMP).

PMS C-OL VIM (Provincia Moesia Superior, Colonia Viminacium - Province of Upper Moesia, City of Viminacium). Moesia, in Chiton, wearing headdress or diadem, standing full front facing left. Her arms outstretched and her hands protectively over (at her left) a standing bull (symbol of Legio VII) and (at her right) a standing lion (symbol for Legio III). Her left arm is has a ceremonial scarf draped over it. Both animals are facing Moesia in the center.
