Bronze Aurelianianuss - Æ 20-22 mm - 4-5 grams - Die axis 06:00 - RIC 662.
1. IMP PROBVS PF AVG (Imperator Probus Pius Felix (Pious and Blessed) Augustus).
Radiate emperor, bearded, facing left, cuirassed. Wearing imperial mantle and eagle tipped sceptre on hindmost shoulder.
2. CO[NCOR]DIA A[VG] (Concordia Augustus - Harmony of the Augustus).
Concordia, in Stola, standing full front facing left. Outstretched right arm holding Patera, in left arm holding double Cornucopia. Right of Concordia a III.
2.b "XXI" : probably stands for the coin being silvered to 1/20th of its weight
The use of XXI is unknown. It could have stood for it's type of coin, as a value marking or it's silver content (1/20th is silver). Minted in Siscia.
