Bronze Aurelianianus - Æ 22 mm - 5 grams - Die axis 06:00 - RIC 911 (Cyzicus) 3rd issue - Struck AD 280.
1. IMP C M AVR PROBVS PF AVG (Imperator Caesar Marcus Aurelius Probus Pius Felix (Pious and Blessed) Augustus). Radiate emperor, bearded, facing left and cuirassed. Wearing imperial mantle and holding eagle tipped sceptre.
2. SO-LI INVICT-O (Soli Invicto - the Invincible Sun).
Sol in the middle, full front head facing left. Right side arm extended holding orb/staff. Left side arm a riding whip. Before him two horses rearing towards the left and two horses rearing towards the right.
2.b CM (?, under it :XXI Γ (XXI : probably stands for the coin being silvered for 1/20th of it’s weight). The Γ stands for the fourth officina.

Obv. : Good but worn - Rev. : Good but worn.
Obv. & Rev. are diff. to read because of the spotty silvering.
