SALVS [REI]PVBLICAE (Salus Rei Publicae – Health / Prosperity of the State).
Salus, draped, marching leftwards head turned back. Dragging captive barbarian on knees, held by the hair of his head, in salus' left hand. Note that the captive barbarian is practically skeletal. Salus' wings give the impression as being lightning flashing from the sky. Under upheld right arm the Chi-Rho sign is clearly distinguishable.
